During nonpeak periods, the CLAS E-Advisor usually replies to questions within 1-2 business days. During peak times, expect an answer between 2 to 4 days. Peak times are typically during the beginning of the semester, drop-add, regular registration, and advance registration. You should always remember to include your e-mail address in the text of your message. If possible, you should also include your class, college and major classification (e.g. 2LS-PSY)
