2301 Career Planning Course.
- Check out the Exploring
Majors and Careers web page.
- Review the list of UF majors.
- Review the Undergraduate
Course Catalog to discover the majors offered at the University
of Florida and the course requirements for the majors.
- Get some meaningful work experience by exploring the many internship,
externship, and cooperative education opportunities offered through
the Career
Resource Center. These experiences can help you discover and broaden your
interests.
- Review what you can do with a major in...
- Get involved in volunteer work. Time spent volunteering can spark
new interests. To start volunteering visit the Center for
Leadership and Service.
- Take some elective courses and discover your areas of interest.
- Join a Student
Organization. Student organizations provide an opportunity to learn
valuable skills and gain leadership experience.
- Use the Internet. The Internet has a tremendous amount of information
on any major or career you're interested in pursuing.
- Make appointments with Undergraduate
Coordinators in your areas of interest and talk to them about the
majors they offer.
