Glenn has been involved in readmission of students, college petitions, e-mail advising, the AAC home page, and of course he sees students on a walk-in and appointment basis. Glenn also serves on the University Student Conduct Committee. Additionally, Glenn is the advisor for CLASSC , the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Student Council, and for Tau Sigma, a new academic honorary for transfer students.
One of Glenn's recent projects, the Learning Services Center, was designed especially to assist students in many areas such as: choosing and exploring majors in CLAS, improving study skills and test taking techniques, preparing for the GRE, LSAT, MCAT, and GMAT, and job search techniques. Please feel free to stop by the LSC on the first floor of the AAC or to make an appointment to speak to Glenn.

My current responsibilities include coordinating advising for the preview orientation program, training of advisors, and advising general students. From 1992-1995 I was the Health Professions Advisor to students interested in the post-baccalaureate health professions.
I am available most days on a walk-in basis, and students may make an appointment to meet with me from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Monday & 1-3 p.m. Friday.
Prior to working at UF, I worked at the Ohio State Univ., Moore College of Art & Design and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to general advising, she currently works with transfer student admissions, transfer orientation, and post-baccalaureate (second bachelor's) admissions. Lou also works with readmissions (students returning after an absence of two consecutive semesters or after dismissal). Lou is also the liasion with the departments of philosophy and classical studies.

I have been the office manager at the Academic Advising Center for three years. I enjoy working with students, faculty and the school support staff. I take great pleasure in helping students realize their goals; there's something magical about seeing students who've been assisting the staff finally take their "walk" across the stage to receive their diploma and shake President Young's hand as a UF graduate!I am the mother of three wonderful girls and a son. Shhhh.... Don't tell anyone but I have two wonderful grandchildren.
I have enjoyed my 20 years with UF and look forward to many more years of helping students "Be All That They Can Be".
