The Sophomore Leadership Seminar is designed to nurture and mentor outstanding Liberal Arts and Sciences second year students by providing them with an opportunity to build skill sets to become leaders in service to the University of Florida and the greater community after they graduate. The Seminar will emphasize leadership theories, personal and leadership values, team building and goal setting through an engaging experiential-based curriculum. This will provide students with the skills and abilities that will assist them in dealing with the abstract issues and problems of the world.
